School started

So on Monday school started up again, and there's a slight chance i may have bit of more then i can chew... I'm not even gonna lie. I'm taking 20.5 units or 6 classes.. whichever way you want to call it.. in the end... I'm only on day three and I am exhausted.

Day 1 & 3:
Yoga = which is easy
Color and Design = lots of work. but easy
graphic design something or other = easy.

Day 2 & 4
Dreamweaver= no clue yet. its all coding im hoping
Honors English= I AM FUCKED.
German.. = meh i pick up quick

Day 1 & 3 is an EASY day, but day 2 & 4 is not. Class is from 8:30 am till 8:45 pm. and with the hubby work schedule sleeping is gonna be screwy for a while. Im thinking of just trying to take naps in the car inbetween classes..

I have nothing else to jabber away about sooo meh.

Shot with Natalie Alvarado..

So yesterday I FINALLY got to shot with Natalie Alvarado. We've been trying to shoot for like years, literally. I'm really happy with how the shots turns out. It's something I've been wanting to shot for a while now and I'm super happy I waited to shot this.

This is actually the last shot we did.

There's like four more picture that I ended up working on, but these three are my favorite. They're closer to what I would like to be shooting.

Sooooooo this is a work in progress....Its based of a picture I saw in tumbr earlier today...

Ive been meaning to play around with these brushes in photoshop for ages. Im trying to play around with all the stuff Ive found online but NEVER have the time for...

If anyones reading this let me know what you think.

The Doom Bunny!

In all her freaking cuteness.

              While kicking it at Philz on Monday I yelled out to Ash  " I fucking love you". It something I say to him a lot. So on Tuesday Im Sitting in the living room and i realized that I havent actually done anything for fun for myself... I decided to make Ash a card.

I went through a couple different versions.. but this is the one I decided I liked best. i need to find some nice paper to print it on.. or maybe some postcards.. This would make a cute postcard. 

NO such thing as free time

Honestly, I dont think I will comprehend the idea of "free time" or "relaxing" I always give myself more work then i need in order to keep myself busy.

So this is what I spent my day working on. Its an ad that will be on constant replay on the movie screens at the Camera Cinemas. Obviously it's it pimpin Hijinx Comics.. I'm trying really hard to not make it look like what I normally do. Of course this is one of those projects I feel I could Wenzdai up into awesome... but I'm really trying to go for a Cleaner approach.

I did this as a favor for the hubby so I'm not getting paid...therefor I think I'm allowed to add my website in the frame.

I did a couple of different versions of this...but these two the one I think would be the most visually pleasing without inundating you with to much information you dont need.

Theres only a small variation between the two. I fear that once this is on the movie screen the images which are at a super low res.. will be even more noticeable. So I added some texture to the first one to see how these would look.

i suck at this

So a year ago, I had planned on starting a blog to chroniclize all the happenins of being in school and all that shit. I dont remember the blog name.. let alone on what blogy site. typepad? wordpress? blogger? something else? no clue.

so lets do a fast catch up I guess.

I have a KILLER GPA. 3.93 to be exact. I know that means shit to some people.. but considering that I never got close to that in high school... Im excited.

Im about more then halfway done with community college.Im at De Anza by the way, and I technically only have about 8 more units I need to transfer to someplace else to get my bachelors. That's if I can keep myself from signing up for classes that have nothing to do with what I'm studying.

I think Ive done pretty ok with what Ive turned in, but I dont feel like its impressive enough to get me a job anywhere right now. Which is why Im taking this month off from even working. and focusing on learning stuff and doing new work for myself. not for anyone else.
